Presenting our bespoke solvent deoiling and dewaxing oil refining separation equipment, equipped with an advanced filtration system that's designed to enhance efficiency and productivity.

1. Embark on a journey of innovation with our combined dewaxing and deoiling process—a seamless integration in a single sophisticated device, producing both dewaxed oil and paraffin simultaneously. Solvent dewaxing involves the transformation of wax-laden raw oil into crystal-clear refined oil. By introducing a selective solvent, the temperature is lowered, causing wax to crystallize into solids. The solvent then plays a dual role: dissolving the oil while leaving the wax undissolved, forming a distinct solid-liquid phase. This cutting-edge process, optimized through filtration, enables the precise separation of wax from oil. Key factors influencing the solvent dewaxing and deoiling process include solvent properties, composition, addition methods, cooling rates, and water content.

2. Throughout production, the solvent in the filtrate and wax is diligently recycled. Our advanced solvent recovery system employs dual-effect or triple-effect evaporation, ensuring efficiency. This process requires simultaneous operation of both the low-pressure and high-pressure towers during flashing and stripping.

3. Prolonged solvent cycles lead to increased water content, necessitating the use of our state-of-the-art drying tower system to meticulously remove moisture and dry the solvent, maintaining optimal conditions.

4. Experience optimal cooling and crystallization in our horizontal sleeve crystallizer. The raw material solution cools progressively as it flows forward through a pipe equipped with a rotating scraper, achieving precise crystallization.

5. The crystallized solution is then introduced to the vacuum filter where a vacuum pump skillfully extracts the solvent and oil. Meanwhile, wax is meticulously adsorbed onto the vacuum filter drum, then skillfully scraped off as it rotates. Due to the solvent content within wax and oil, an extraction tower is used for further solvent recovery.

6. In the realm of wax refinement, the solvent-infused wax enters a mixing tank, where clay is added for enhanced refinement. Subsequently, the mixture undergoes automatic slag filtration, separating wax from clay to yield refined wax. This refined wax is then molded using either a granular wax forming machine or a wax block forming machine, catering to enterprises with high output demands by offering both machine types for increased versatility.
