Introducing our customized solvent deoiling and dewaxing oil refining separation equipment, perfectly integrated with an advanced filtration system, engineered for peak efficiency.

1. Experience the synergy of dewaxing and deoiling in a unified process, yielding refined dewaxed oil and paraffin. This solvent dewaxing method involves treating wax-laden oil with a selective solvent, lowering its temperature to crystallize wax solids. The solvent, leveraging its unique property of dissolving oil but not wax, facilitates a solid-liquid separation through filtration, efficiently isolating wax from oil. Besides its dissolutive prowess, the solvent reduces the oil's viscosity, optimizing the conditions for crystallization and separation. The process's success hinges on the solvent's properties and composition, its quantity and method of application, cooling rate, and water content.

2. As production advances, the solvent mingling with filtrate and wax must be meticulously recycled. Our dual or triple-effect evaporation systems handle this recycling, necessitating synchronous operation of low and high-pressure towers during flashing and stripping to ensure smooth solvent recovery.

3. Over time, as the solvent cycles, moisture accumulates, necessitating passage through a drying tower system to extract and dry the solvent, maintaining its efficacy.

4. Our horizontal sleeve crystallizer completes the cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution in the solvent dewaxing and deoiling setup. As the solution advances through the pipe, equipped with a rotating scraper, it gradually cools, promoting effective crystallization.

5. Post-crystallization, the solution transitions to a vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump extracts solvent and oil, leaving wax adhered to the filter drum. As the drum rotates, wax is efficiently scraped off. Given that both wax and oil retain solvent, they proceed to the extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6. In the wax refining phase, the solvent-rich wax enters a mixing tank for clay treatment, followed by an automated slag filter that separates wax from clay, yielding refined wax. This wax then transforms in a forming machine, with options to use either a granular wax or a wax block forming machine. High-output enterprises typically employ both for versatile production.
