The wax block forming machine is an innovative device specifically designed to transform liquid wax into precisely shaped wax blocks, ensuring consistency and efficiency in production.
Pipeline or container transports the warm liquid wax, typically comprising melted paraffin or beeswax, to the storage tank of the wax block forming machine. Equipped with sophisticated heating and temperature control systems, the tank heats the wax to an optimal 50-70 degrees Celsius. Upon entering the mold, the liquid wax solidifies with the help of circulating cooling water within the mold's cooling channel. The mold's design intricately determines the final shape of the wax block. During this solidification phase, the machine may apply pressure, ensuring the wax block's structure is compact and its surface smooth. Once the wax block has fully solidified, it is skillfully removed by the ejecting mechanism or the mold's opening and closing mechanism.
