Liquid wax is effortlessly transferred to the machine's wax storage tank via an efficient pipeline or container, handling heated paraffin wax, beeswax, and more. This storage tank boasts cutting-edge heating and temperature control mechanisms, maintaining optimal temperatures between 50-70 degrees Celsius. When liquid wax is introduced to the mold, it solidifies rapidly through a sophisticated cooling system utilizing circulating water in the mold's cooling channel. The mold's design intricately dictates the wax block's final shape. To achieve a compact structure and smooth finish, the machine might apply pressure during solidification. Upon complete solidification, the wax block is effortlessly extracted using the ejecting or mold opening and closing mechanisms, ready for immediate use.
