1, The sophisticated dewaxing and deoiling process is ingeniously integrated within a single set of devices, effectively yielding dewaxed oil and paraffin concurrently. By utilizing solvent dewaxing, wax-laden raw oil interacts with a selective solvent, whereby a reduction in temperature induces the wax to crystallize into a solid form. The solvent is adept at dissolving oil while leaving wax less soluble, creating a distinct solid-liquid phase. Filtration expertly separates wax from oil, maximizing purity. Beyond selective dissolution, the solvent efficiently lowers the oil's viscosity, facilitating optimal crystallization and filtration conditions. Key process influencers include solvent characteristics, composition, and the meticulous addition method, as well as cooling rate, and solvent's water content.

2, In our advanced production process, the solvent present in both filtrate and wax is meticulously recycled. Employing double-effect or triple-effect evaporation systems, the recovery process operates efficiently with both low-pressure and high-pressure towers, alongside flash and stripping operations.

3, As the solvent cycles over time, increased water content necessitates its passage through the drying tower system, expertly removing excess moisture and ensuring the solvent remains optimally dry.

4. The cooling and crystallization sequence of the solvent dewaxing and deoiling equipment's raw material solution is adeptly carried out within a state-of-the-art horizontal sleeve crystallizer. This process sees the solution gently cooled and crystallized in a forward-moving pipe equipped with an innovative rotating scraper.

5, The crystallized solution is transferred into a high-performance vacuum filter. A vacuum pump draws out solvent and oil, leaving wax on the vacuum filter drum. Rotational movement ensures wax is efficiently scraped off. Given the solvent content in wax and oil, an extraction tower is employed to reclaim the solvent, optimizing resource use.

6, Wax refining and molding is a meticulous process. Solvent-laden wax is first processed in a mixing tank with clay for refining. It then passes through an automatic slag filter, separating wax from clay to produce refined wax. This refined wax is subsequently formed using either a grain wax forming machine or a wax block forming machine. High-output operations typically utilize both types to maximize productivity.
