1. Our dewaxing and deoiling system is a sophisticated ensemble of devices designed to simultaneously produce high-quality dewaxed oil and paraffin. This innovative solvent dewaxing technique involves processing wax-laden raw oil with a selective solvent. By strategically lowering the temperature, wax solidifies into crystallized forms, enabling the solvent to dissolve oil, while insoluble or less soluble wax characteristics remain. This leads to a solid-liquid phase formation, allowing for meticulous wax and oil separation via filtration. The solvent not only selectively dissolves but also reduces oil viscosity, optimizing crystallization and filtration conditions. Key determinants in this process include the solvent's properties, composition, addition rate and method, cooling rate, and water content of the solvent.

2. Within the production spectrum, recycling of the solvent from the filtrate and wax is crucial. The filtrate and wax solvent recovery system utilizes a dual or triple-effect evaporation process. This intricate evaporation requires coordinated operation of both low and high-pressure towers, enhanced by flash and stripping techniques.

3. Over time, the solvent cycle leads to increased water content, necessitating entry into the drying tower system. This stage effectively removes excess water, ensuring the solvent remains dry and functional for continuous processing.

4. The cooling and crystallization phase of our solvent dewaxing and deoiling device take place within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the raw material solution is incrementally cooled and crystallized as it progresses through a pipe equipped with a rotating scraper, facilitating efficient solid formation.

5. Crystallized raw material solutions are fed into a vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump draws out the solvent and oil. Wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum, and through rotational movement, the wax is meticulously scraped off. Since both wax and oil retain solvent, they are subsequently transferred to an extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6. During wax refining and molding, the solvent-infused wax is introduced into a mixing tank for clay refining. The mixture is then processed in an automatic slag filter, separating refined wax from clay. The refined wax is further shaped using forming machines. Enterprises with high output typically employ both grain wax and wax block forming machines to maximize production efficiency.
