Utilizing either double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, this recovery system ensures optimal conservation of resources. The evaporation phase necessitates the synchronized operation of both low and high-pressure towers, seamlessly integrating flash and stripping actions to enhance the recycling efficacy.

3, During periodic solvent cycles, increased water content necessitates a transition to our innovative drying tower system. This essential step effectively extracts moisture, subsequently drying the solvent, thereby maintaining its purity and performance for continued use in the process.

Our sophisticated cooling and crystallization sequence unfolds within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer, where the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device's raw material solution experiences gradual cooling and crystallization. 5, Upon reaching the vacuum filter, the crystallized raw material solution receives precise treatment. Here, the vacuum pump efficiently extracts both solvent and oil, allowing wax to adhere to the vacuum filter drum. Subsequent drum rotation scrapes off the wax, which, along with the solvent-laden oil, proceeds to the extraction tower for comprehensive solvent recovery.

6, In the wax refining and molding phase, solvent-containing wax is processed in a mixing tank with added clay for refinement. The innovative automatic slag filter facilitates the separation of wax and clay, yielding refined wax. This refined product enters the forming machine, with options to produce either granulated wax or wax blocks.
