The solvent's unique ability to dissolve oil while leaving the wax insoluble or minimally soluble culminates in the formation of distinct solid-liquid phases. This intricate process, accentuated by filtration, achieves a remarkable separation of wax and oil. The solvent's dual role extends beyond selective dissolution—it adeptly lowers oil viscosity, facilitating crystal formation and the subsequent filtration-based separation. Factors influencing this sophisticated solvent dewaxing and deoiling process include the solvent's properties and composition, the precise amount of solvent used, the method of its addition, the cooling rate, and the solvent's water content, each playing a crucial role in the process's success.

Our sophisticated cooling and crystallization sequence unfolds within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer, where the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device's raw material solution experiences gradual cooling and crystallization. This transformation occurs within a pipe equipped with a rotating scraper, ensuring consistent and thorough crystallization throughout the forward flow.

5, Upon reaching the vacuum filter, the crystallized raw material solution receives precise treatment. Here, the vacuum pump efficiently extracts both solvent and oil, allowing wax to adhere to the vacuum filter drum. Subsequent drum rotation scrapes off the wax, which, along with the solvent-laden oil, proceeds to the extraction tower for comprehensive solvent recovery.

6, In the wax refining and molding phase, solvent-containing wax is processed in a mixing tank with added clay for refinement. The innovative automatic slag filter facilitates the separation of wax and clay, yielding refined wax. This refined product enters the forming machine, with options to produce either granulated wax or wax blocks.
