1, Experience the synergy of dewaxing and deoiling in a singular, state-of-the-art setup that simultaneously yields dewaxed oil and paraffin. This process, known as solvent dewaxing, ingeniously transforms wax-laden raw oil. By introducing a selective solvent, it lowers the temperature, causing wax to crystallize into solids. This selective solvent showcases the remarkable ability to dissolve oil while leaving wax less soluble or insoluble, thus creating a solid-liquid phase. Filtration then elegantly separates wax from oil. The solvent, beyond its selective dissolution, crucially reduces oil viscosity, optimizing conditions for crystallization and filtration. Key factors influencing this sophisticated process include the solvent's properties and composition, the quantity of solvent used, the method of its introduction, and cooling rates, alongside the solvent's water content.

2, Within the production cycle, it is imperative to recycle the solvent present in the filtrate and wax. Utilizing a double-effect or triple-effect evaporation system, both the filtrate and wax solvent recovery are executed. This evaporation process demands synchronized operation of both low-pressure and high-pressure towers, especially during the flash and stripping phases.

3, As the solvent undergoes cycles over time, its water content tends to increase, necessitating its insertion into the drying tower system. This essential step efficiently removes excess water, ensuring the solvent remains dry and effective.

4. The intricate cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution within the solvent dewaxing and deoiling apparatus are orchestrated inside a cutting-edge horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the raw solution is cooled and crystallized progressively as it flows through the specially designed pipe, equipped with a rotating scraper for enhanced performance.

5, Once crystallized, the raw material solution is drawn into a high-efficiency vacuum filter. This advanced vacuum system utilizes a vacuum pump to extract the solvent and oil, with wax adhering to the vacuum filter drum. As the drum rotates, the wax is meticulously removed. Given that both wax and oil contain residual solvent, they must proceed to the extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6, In the wax refining and molding stage, the wax, containing solvent, is directed into a mixing tank. Here, clay is introduced for refining, followed by passage through an automatic slag filter to separate wax from clay, yielding refined wax. This refined wax is then fed into a forming machine. Our facility offers two sophisticated forming machines: a grain wax forming machine and a wax block forming machine. High-output operations frequently opt for both types to maximize efficiency and product variety.
