1, The art of dewaxing and deoiling is seamlessly united within a sophisticated device, ingeniously producing pristine dewaxing oil and impeccable paraffin. Our cutting-edge solvent dewaxing technique transforms wax-laden raw oil into a marvel of solid crystallization by lowering the temperature in the presence of a selective solvent. This remarkable process takes advantage of the solvent's unique ability to dissolve oil while leaving wax insoluble or less soluble, creating a distinct solid-liquid phase. The wax and oil are elegantly separated through a refined filtration process. Our system harnesses the solvent's dual role of selective dissolution and viscosity reduction, allowing for optimal crystallization and filtration separation. Key elements influencing this breakthrough process include the solvent's properties and composition, the strategic amount of solvent added, the method of solvent addition, cooling rate, solvent water content, and more.

2, In our state-of-the-art production environment, solvent recovery is paramount. Both the filtrate and wax undergo a sophisticated recycling process within double-effect or triple-effect evaporation systems. This intricate evaporation phase demands a harmonious operation between the low-pressure tower and high-pressure tower, especially during the flash and stripping stages.

3, Over time, the solvent cycle naturally accumulates increased water content. Our advanced drying tower system is expertly designed to eliminate water, meticulously drying the solvent, and ensuring peak performance.

4. Our horizontal sleeve crystallizer is a marvel of engineering, expertly guiding the solvent dewaxing and deoiling raw material solution through a cooling and crystallization journey. Inside, the solution gracefully cools, continuously crystallizing as it moves forward, aided by an internal rotating scraper.

5, The crystallized solution enters the innovative vacuum filter. Here, a vacuum pump skillfully extracts solvent and oil, while wax is meticulously captured on the vacuum filter drum. Through precise rotation, the wax is gently scraped off. To remove the solvent from the wax and oil, the mixture is expertly transferred to the extraction tower for a refined separation.

6, In the wax refining and molding phase, the solvent-laden wax is directed into a sophisticated mixing tank. Clay is then introduced for a thorough refining process. This mixture is funneled into an automatic slag filter where wax and clay are elegantly separated, resulting in refined wax. This refined wax is further processed in a forming machine, offering two exceptional choices: a grain wax forming machine for high-volume enterprises and an alternative wax block forming machine.
