1. Dewaxing and deoiling are harmonized processes within a unified system, simultaneously yielding dewaxed oil and paraffin. The solvent dewaxing process expertly transforms wax-laden crude oil. By utilizing a selective solvent, the temperature is ingeniously reduced, causing the wax to crystallize into solid form. This crystallization process, governed by the solvent's ability to dissolve oil while leaving wax less soluble, results in distinct solid-liquid phases. Filtration then elegantly separates the wax from the oil. Beyond selective dissolution, the solvent crucially lowers oil viscosity, fostering ideal conditions for crystallization and efficient filtration. Key factors influencing solvent dewaxing and deoiling include the solvent's properties, composition, application method, cooling rate, and water content.

2. During production, solvent recovery from both filtrate and wax is paramount. A sophisticated double-effect or triple-effect evaporation system is employed for solvent reclamation. This evaporation process necessitates synchronized operation of both low and high-pressure towers, particularly during flashing and stripping stages, to maximize efficiency and sustainability.

3. Over time, as the solvent circulates, water content increases and must be meticulously managed. Thus, the drying tower system is engaged to effectively remove moisture, ensuring the solvent is adequately dried and retains its optimal performance.

4. The cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution within the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device are masterfully conducted in a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the raw material solution undergoes gradual cooling and crystallization, aided by the forward flow of a pipe with a strategically placed rotating scraper.

5. The crystallized raw material solution advances to the vacuum filter. The vacuum pump deftly extracts the solvent and oil, while wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum. Through rotation, the wax is efficiently scraped off. Given that both wax and oil contain solvent, they proceed to the extraction tower to facilitate solvent recovery.

6. For wax refinement and molding, the solvent-laden wax is directed to a mixing tank where clay is introduced for refinement. The mixture then passes through an automatic slag filter for wax and clay separation, yielding refined wax. This refined wax is processed further in a forming machine. Two types of forming machines are available: a grain wax forming machine and a wax block forming machine. Enterprises with high output requirements typically employ both machines to optimize production.
