1, Our dewaxing deoiling system offers a seamless integration of processes within a single device, expertly crafting dewaxed oil and paraffin. The solvent dewaxing process involves wax-laden raw oil, leveraging a selective solvent to lower temperatures and induce solid crystallization of wax. This method capitalizes on the solvent's ability to dissolve oils while leaving wax less soluble, facilitating a solid-liquid phase separation. Filtration then achieves an efficient separation of wax from oil. In this process, the solvent not only dissolves selectively but crucially reduces oil viscosity, optimizing conditions for crystallization and filtration separation. Key influences on dewaxing and deoiling include the solvent's properties and composition, the precise solvent quantity, the method of solvent addition, cooling rates, and the solvent's water content.

2, Throughout production, efficient recycling of solvents from the filtrate and wax is pivotal. The recovery system employs double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, demanding synchronized operation of low-pressure and high-pressure towers during flashing and stripping, ensuring optimal solvent reclamation.

3, With prolonged solvent cycling, water content increases, necessitating entry into the drying tower system to thoroughly dehydrate and refine the solvent, maintaining optimal operational conditions.

4. The intricate cooling and crystallization process of our solvent dewaxing and deoiling device takes place within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the raw material solution undergoes controlled cooling and crystallization, aided by a rotating scraper within the conduit's forward flow.

5, Upon crystallization, the raw material solution is introduced into the vacuum filter. Utilizing a vacuum pump, the filter extracts solvent and oil, with wax adhering to the vacuum filter drum. A rotational mechanism scrapes off the wax, which, due to its solvent content, requires transfer to the extraction tower for solvent removal.

6, In the wax refining and molding stage, wax containing solvent is directed into a mixing tank for clay refining, thereafter entering an automatic slag filter for wax and clay separation. The resulting refined wax proceeds to the forming machine, offering two configurations: a grain wax forming machine, ideal for high-output operations, and a wax block forming machine, providing versatile production capabilities.
