1. The Art of Dewaxing and Deoiling: A seamless integration of processes within a single device, resulting in the concurrent production of dewaxed oil and paraffin. Discover the magic of solvent dewaxing, where wax-laden raw oil, under selective solvent influence, undergoes temperature reduction to crystallize wax. This creates a distinctive solid-liquid phase that, through expert filtration, achieves the separation of wax and oil. With the solvent's dual role of reducing oil viscosity and aiding crystallization, every step is optimized. Key process influencers include solvent properties and composition, solvent addition techniques, cooling rates, and water content.

2. Sustainable Production: Embrace eco-conscious operations by recycling solvents within the filtrate and wax. Our sophisticated recovery system employs double or triple-effect evaporation, necessitating simultaneous operation of both low and high-pressure towers during the flash and stripping phases, ensuring minimal environmental impact.

3. Solvent Drying Mastery: Once the solvent has cycled for a while, increased water content necessitates entry into the drying tower system. This critical stage efficiently removes water, ensuring the solvent remains pristine and ready for future cycles.

4. Cooling and Crystallization Precision: Achieved within the horizontal sleeve crystallizer, the raw material solution cools and crystallizes as it advances through the pipeline with an internal rotating scraper. This meticulous process ensures optimal crystallization and separation performance.

5. Advanced Vacuum Filtration: As the crystallized solution enters the vacuum filter, a vacuum pump expertly extracts the solvent and oil. Wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum, from which it is skillfully scraped off. Due to the solvent content in wax and oil, further processing in the extraction tower is required to recover the solvent.

6. Wax Refinement and Forming: In the wax refining process, solvent-infused wax is mixed with clay in the mixing tank for refinement, then passes through an automatic slag filter for separation. The purified wax is then molded into either grain or block forms, with high-output enterprises opting for both forming machine types to maximize efficiency.
