1. Our deoiling and dewaxing process is ingeniously combined within a single set of equipment, producing both dewaxing oil and paraffin simultaneously. The solvent dewaxing process begins with wax-containing raw oil, which, in the presence of a selective solvent, is cooled to crystallize the wax. Exploiting the solvent's ability to dissolve oils while leaving waxes either insoluble or less soluble, this process expertly separates wax and oil into distinct solid-liquid phases. Enhanced by the solvent's role in decreasing oil viscosity, conditions are optimized for crystallization and filtration. Influential factors in this precise operation include solvent properties and composition, the amount and method of solvent addition, cooling rate, and the solvent's water content.

2. During production, recycling of the solvent in both filtrate and wax is essential. Our sophisticated solvent recovery system employs double or triple-effect evaporation, enabling low and high-pressure towers to operate synchronously, thus facilitating the efficient separation of wax and solvent through flash and stripping processes.

3. Over time, the solvent undergoes cycles that increase its water content, necessitating transfer to our drying tower system, where it is meticulously dried to maintain optimal solvent quality and performance.

4. The critical cooling and crystallization stages are adeptly handled by our horizontal sleeve crystallizer. As the raw material solution flows forward through the pipe, equipped with a rotating scraper, it gradually cools, forming crystals with remarkable precision.

5. Post-crystallization, the raw material solution enters a vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump extracts solvent and oil. Meanwhile, wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum, and through rotation, the wax is efficiently scraped off. To address the solvent contained within the wax and oil, the mixture is transferred to an extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6. For wax refining and molding, wax containing solvent enters a mixing tank for clay refining. Post-refinement, the mixture moves to an automatic slag filter for the separation of wax and clay, yielding exceptionally refined wax. This refined wax is then processed in our forming machines, available in two varieties: a grain wax forming machine and a wax block forming machine. High-output operations often utilize both types to maximize efficiency and production output.
