Utilizing a sophisticated transportation system, liquid wax is transferred to our premium wax storage tank, integrating heated melted paraffin wax, beeswax, and more. The storage tank is meticulously outfitted with advanced heating and temperature control mechanisms, maintaining optimal wax temperatures between 50-70 degrees Celsius. Once in the mold, the wax solidifies efficiently, thanks to the high-performance cooling water circulation within the mold's cooling channels. The mold's intricate design defines the final shape of the wax block. During solidification, our machine applies strategic pressure to ensure a compact structure and a flawlessly smooth surface. Once solidified, the wax block is effortlessly removed via the ejecting mechanism or through precise mold opening and closing systems.
