The Wax Block Forming Machine is an advanced apparatus designed to transform liquid wax into perfectly shaped wax blocks, catering to industrial candle production needs.
Our sophisticated machine seamlessly channels liquid wax—comprising melted paraffin, beeswax, and more—into the wax storage tank via a secure pipeline or container. This tank is ingeniously fitted with heating and temperature control mechanisms to maintain the wax at an ideal 50-70 degrees Celsius. Once the liquid wax is transferred into the mold, a circulating cooling water system enables it to solidify within the mold cooling channel. The mold's design determines the final shape of the wax block. During the crucial solidification phase, the machine can apply pressure to ensure the wax block is both structurally sound and visually flawless. Once solidification is complete, an ejecting mechanism or a mold opening and closing mechanism effortlessly removes the finished wax block.
