Our state-of-the-art wax block forming machine features a sophisticated system where liquid wax, composed of melted paraffin, beeswax, and more, is efficiently transported via pipeline or container to the wax storage tank. With integrated heating and temperature control, the wax is precisely heated to optimal temperatures of 50-70 degrees Celsius. Once inside the mold, the liquid wax undergoes rapid solidification through a cooling process facilitated by circulating water within the mold's cooling channels. The mold's design determines the final shape of the wax block, with pressure applied during solidification to ensure a dense, smooth finish. Upon complete solidification, the wax block is effortlessly extracted using an advanced ejecting mechanism or mold opening and closing system.
