Product Description

Introducing our Customized Solvent Deoiling Dewaxing Oil Refining Separation Equipment, ingeniously designed with a state-of-the-art filtration system. This equipment is tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring efficiency and precision in every operation.

1. The Dewaxing Deoiling Process: This intricate process is ingeniously integrated into a single, comprehensive device that simultaneously produces dewaxed oil and paraffin. Our solvent dewaxing method involves introducing a wax-containing raw oil to a selective solvent, which lowers the temperature to facilitate the solid crystallization of wax. By leveraging the solvent's ability to dissolve oil while leaving wax less soluble, a solid-liquid phase is formed. Filtration then masterfully separates the wax from the oil. The solvent isn't merely a dissolving agent; it also diminishes oil viscosity to enhance crystallization and separation. Critical elements impacting this process include solvent properties, composition, quantity, addition method, cooling rate, and water content, all meticulously optimized for superior performance.

2. Filtrate and Wax Solvent Recovery: During production, it is imperative to recycle the solvent found in both the filtrate and wax. Our recovery system utilizes sophisticated double-effect or triple-effect evaporation processes, necessitating the concurrent operation of both low and high-pressure towers. This ensures optimal solvent recovery during the flash and stripping stages.

3. Solvent Drying Process: Over time, the water content in the solvent increases, necessitating entry into our advanced drying tower system. Here, the solvent is thoroughly dried, ensuring it remains in peak condition for continued cycle use.

4. Cooling and Crystallization: Our cutting-edge horizontal sleeve crystallizer efficiently drives the cooling and crystallization process of the raw material solution. As the solution moves forward within the pipe, equipped with a rotating scraper, cooling and crystallization are seamlessly achieved.

5. Vacuum Filtration: Once crystallized, the raw material solution is directed into the vacuum filter. The solvent and oil are expertly extracted via vacuum pump, while wax is adsorbed onto the vacuum filter drum. Through precise rotation, the wax is scraped off, and given the solvent content in both wax and oil, they are then transferred to the extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6. Wax Refinement and Molding: Solvent-embedded wax enters the mixing tank for clay refinement. Post-refinement, it advances to the automatic slag filter, separating wax from clay to yield refined wax. This refined wax is then shaped in our forming machines. We offer two types: the grain wax forming machine and the wax block forming machine. For high-output operations, both machines are preferred to maximize efficiency.
