1. Dive into the seamless integration of dewaxing and deoiling processes with this sophisticated apparatus. Our technology simultaneously produces dewaxed oil and paraffin. In solvent dewaxing, the wax-laden raw oil undergoes a temperature drop in the presence of a selective solvent, causing wax to crystallize into solid form. The solvent, leveraging its unique characteristics, dissolves oil while retaining insoluble or less soluble waxes, thus creating a solid-liquid phase. This phase is then filtered, achieving an impeccable separation of wax and oil. The solvent not only selectively dissolves but also reduces oil viscosity, enhancing the conditions necessary for efficient crystallization and filtration. Key factors driving the success of this process include the solvent's properties and composition, the quantity and method of solvent addition, cooling rate, and water content.

2. During production, recycling of the solvent in both filtrate and wax is crucial. Our system employs double or triple-effect evaporation within the solvent recovery system. This sophisticated evaporation process utilizes both low-pressure and high-pressure towers simultaneously, ensuring effective solvent reclamation during the flash and stripping stages.

3. Over time, the water content within the recycled solvent increases, necessitating entry into our meticulously designed drying tower system. This stage efficiently removes excess water, ensuring the solvent remains dry and optimal for continued use.

4. The raw material solution undergoes a transformative cooling and crystallization process within the horizontal sleeve crystallizer. As the solution advances through the pipe, aided by a rotating scraper, it gradually cools and crystallizes, readying it for subsequent processing steps.

5. The vacuum filter awaits the crystallized raw material solution, employing a vacuum pump to extract solvent and oil. The wax is adeptly adsorbed on the vacuum filter drum and scraped off upon rotation. To reclaim the solvent embedded in the wax and oil, the mixture proceeds to the extraction tower.

6. Wax refining and molding is a sophisticated process where wax containing solvent is introduced into a mixing tank, refined with clay, and then directed to an automatic slag filter for separation. The resulting refined wax is then molded into either grains or blocks using our advanced forming machines. High-output enterprises often opt for both grain wax and block wax forming machines to maximize productivity.
